Fitness
Real, functional training that meets you exactly where you are. No gyms, no crowds, no equipment needed from you, just progressive, purposeful sessions that build genuine strength, energy and capability.
I'm Nick Kelly. If you live in or around Dorchester and want to get fit without joining a gym, you're in exactly the right place. I bring 23 years of private coaching straight to your door, face to face, with no equipment needed from you. This page is a quick introduction to who I am and how I work. To see the full picture, head to the main site.

My coaching began in 2003 and took me to Dubai for ten years, working with private clients where discretion and exceptional standards were expected. That judgement can't be fast tracked. It comes from thousands of hours listening, observing and coaching real people. There is no standard Nick Kelly Fitness programme, because there is no standard client. I make the programme fit you, whether we train in your Dorchester home, garden or a local space.
I qualified and began coaching private clients one to one, learning early that the best programme is the one a person will actually stick to.
I spent ten years coaching in Dubai, working with clients who expected discretion, exceptional standards and results. That judgement can't be fast tracked.
I bring those 23 years directly to you across Dorchester and the surrounding area, or online wherever you are. No commute, no crowds.
The way I coach is built on three things working together. Most training fixes one and neglects the others. When all three are in place, change stops feeling like a battle and starts feeling like just how you live.

Lasting change is decided in the head before it shows in the body. We work on the habits, the self talk and the consistency that turn effort into results, the part most programmes ignore.
Training should add to your life, not drain it. The goal is feeling better, moving better and living better, not a number on a scale or a mirror you don't recognise.
This is just a snapshot. For the full story, my approach, real client results and the ways we can train together, head to the main Nick Kelly Fitness site.
