How much space do I need for the training session in my home?
We can create a suitable gym space wherever you have a small area available, whether it’s in your home, office, apartment or outdoors.
Do I need to have any of my own fitness equipment?
No equipment required. I have all of the fitness equipment necessary for both home and outdoor training sessions.
How many times a week should I train?
For the best results, I recommend 2 – 3 training sessions per week.
Will you be able to help me with a workout and nutrition plan as well?
Yes! I can provide both for you.
How long is the training session?
There are 3 different options available: training sessions can be 30 min, 45 min, or 1 hour.
What if I'm sick or can't make a session? How do cancellations work?
24 hours notice is required for cancellations. If you are sick, you won’t lose a session. A doctor’s note may be required, please confirm with me.
Do you offer any refunds?
With the focus on getting fit and healthy, no refunds are available. Commit to get fit!
For how long are my sessions active or valid for?
Training sessions are active for a period of 3 months.
